It is an online session where you access the session via internet and an online meeting application. In our offerings, we make use of the Zoom meeting application.
How do I make a booking?
At each of the listed Virtual Experience, there is a Booking Button.
How do I make payment?
Once you clicked the Booking Button, you will have the option to choose a preferred date (subject to availability) and make payment.
Is the Virtual Experience available everyday?
Most of our Virtual Experiences are on demand. During booking, kindly specify you preferred date and time. Out team will get in touch with you on the availability and options available. At times, we conduct a Special Session on the various Live Experiences. The information is made available on our main page and Facebook
Can I have a private session for the Online Experience?
Yes you are allowed. Subject to a minimum of 5 pax’s.
Would I get a refund if my booking is cancelled?
You are entitle for a full refund of your deposit if request of cancellation is made within 72 hours from the scheduled session.
